Privacy policy
Poco aims to collect no more data than necessary and to keep your work in your browser.
Images and tool inputs
Images selected in the file picker are loaded and processed only in your browser, on your device. Image files are never sent to Poco’s servers or third-party servers. Draw options, names and generated results are also not sent to a server for processing. There are no account or cloud storage features.
Information saved in this browser
Some tools save previous inputs, output formats and quality settings in localStorage. We also save the identifiers of the six most recently opened tools to show your recent tools. This history does not include inputs or results. Image files themselves are not saved. On a shared device, delete saved data using the button below or your browser settings. Coin flip history is kept only while the page is open.
Favorites save only the identifiers of selected tools in this browser’s localStorage. They are shared between Japanese and English pages and contain no inputs or results. The button below removes favorites along with your saved settings and history.
Password and .htpasswd generation
Passwords are generated and hashed in your browser. Usernames, passwords and results are not sent to Poco’s server or saved in localStorage or similar storage. These two pages do not load advertising or analytics scripts. Copying and file saving happen only when you request them. Your browser or password manager may offer its own saving features, governed by its settings.
Text, JSON, QR codes and calculators
Character counting, JSON formatting, QR code generation, aspect ratio calculation, UUID generation, and the text, calculator, date and developer tools run in your browser. Inputs and results are not sent to a server or saved in localStorage or sessionStorage. The JSON formatter and the text and developer categories also exclude advertising and analytics scripts. Copying and file saving happen only when you request them.
Open Graph checker
In Check a URL mode, the Open Graph checker sends your URL to Poco’s server to retrieve the page and its preview image. Browser cookies and sign-in details are not forwarded. In Paste HTML mode, HTML and the optional page URL are parsed only in your browser without being sent or saved. Pasted code is not executed and external images are not loaded. The tool does not save a history or database record, cache results, or load advertising and analytics scripts on this page. Destination sites for URL checks and hosting infrastructure may keep access logs. The social image batch resizer runs locally and does not upload your image.
IP address lookup
The IP lookup returns the connection address received by Poco’s hosting server through an API on the same site. Results are not cached or recorded in a tool database or browser storage. No external IP lookup service is queried. The hosting platform’s connection information and access logs may contain IP addresses.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. Cookies may be used to measure page views and information about browsers and devices. See how Google uses data for details.
Analytics measures page views and the tool types and actions selected for measurement. Tool events sent by Poco do not include images, file names, entered names, options or generated results.
The hosting platform may process connection information and access logs needed to deliver pages.
Advertising and external services
External advertising is currently disabled. When advertising is enabled, providers may use cookies and similar technologies. See Google’s advertising policy for details. You can withdraw ad consent on this page.
Deleting data
Use an image’s remove button or a tool’s reset button to clear inputs and results on that screen. Temporary image URLs are released when images are removed or you leave the page. Delete downloaded files using your device’s file manager.
